Welcome to Wicked California Catering :) Hi. I am Chef Kevin Robertson. Thank you for taking the time to stop by and take a look at the Wicked California Catering website. Wicked California Catering is the culmination of love, passion, creativity, hard work, patience and family over the past 5 years. Beginning in 2017 I set out to "change my stars" from a mild mannered IT/website developer into a small business owner specializing in the culinary arts as a caterer and part time rock star hot dog, sausage and pretzel slinger working events and hanging out in liquor store parking lots (with my hot dog cart of course).

Over the years, as a small business owner in IT and website development, I had found that preparing food was, and still is, both exciting and creatively cathartic for me. So when I made up my mind to change my career goals I decided to turn my food hobby into a full-time experience. I have always been imaginative and artistic and believe my career change into the wonderful world of culinary is the best fit for my skills, love of people (face to face social networking) and creativity.

Wanting to expand my knowledge in the culinary arts I began attending Allan Hancock College in the fall of 2017. I recently graduated from Allan Hancock College with high honors and degrees in Associate in Arts Culinology, Associate in Science Culinary Arts and Management, Associate in Arts Liberal Arts Social and Behavioral Sciences, along with a Certificate of Accomplishment in Culinary Arts and Management: Catering & Events Management.
